01 TeraPlay hosts no content

TeraPlay does not store, upload, copy or re-host any video or file. It only reads a public share link that someone already published and returns a temporary link to media served by TeraBox.

Because nothing is hosted here, we cannot remove a file from the internet. Only the person who uploaded it, or TeraBox itself, can delete the underlying content.

02 What we can do

If a specific share link is being used to distribute material that infringes your rights, we can block that link from resolving through TeraPlay. This does not remove the file from TeraBox, but it prevents our tool from acting as a route to it.

03 Submitting a notice

Send a notice through the project repository’s issue tracker. A valid notice should identify the copyrighted work, the exact TeraBox share URL you want blocked, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, and a statement that the information is accurate.

04 What happens next

We review notices and block qualifying links as quickly as we reasonably can. We may ask for clarification if a notice is incomplete, and we may decline requests that are abusive, automated or that target content the sender does not own.

If you own the underlying content, contacting TeraBox directly is usually the fastest route to having it removed.
